Robert Bacal is available to provide BRIEF consulting help and advice on a number of organizational and management topics, either onsite, or via phone and email consultation. Everything we do is custom designed and priced, but for your information here are some of the topics we can help you with.

Strategic planning advice based on our helpcard - Making Strategic Planning Work and our integrated strategic planning model (click links more info). Our involvement would be to help YOU do the planning rather than facilitate actual planning sessions.
Customer service advice is also available including helping to develop plans to improve the customer service practices of your organization, and again based on the various customer service books Robert has written.
Training and development issues happen to be one of our specialties and we can help you identify training needs, determine if training is an appropriate solution, and assist you in modifying some of the material we use in our seminars to suit your organization.
